The Forms Are in for the 3 on 3 Tournament
If you would like to have a team at the tournament print out this form and have it turned in to
either Chris Jones or Darryl Tootle at c7ent@yahoo.com. For a team it cost $25 with a team up to 5 players.
Make sure to get them in as early as possible.
As far as the tournament bracket goes it is first come first serve for spots.
